FOF Youth Exchange 2005

Thanks so much to all of the organizers, from both countries, for such a well-run program. With school now starting next week, it certainly was a great ending to such a whirl-wind summer for us. Next summer, the shoe is on the other foot, so to speak, and we hope to be seeing pictures posted of our daughter's arrival and activities in Germany.

Next year we will do our best to give the kids nice days in Germany too.

It's so hard to believe that they left so quickly AND that we are all headed back to school! I can speak for all of the Americans when I say that we had a great group of Germans - I made more friends that will definitely last forever. Hopefully, next year, many of us will get the opportunity to go visit them and continue the friendships.
